Caroline, an influential Ambassador and Advisory Board Member of the British Beauty Council, also serves as an Ambassador for The Eve Appeal and a Patron of the Prince's Trust.

Additionally, she is the Founder of the Beauty Backed Trust. Leveraging her profile and business acumen, she actively supports women both within and outside her industry. Since 2020, Caroline’s fundraising efforts and direct donations have raised over £1 Million for charity.

Beauty Backed is a fundraising initiative dedicated to supporting beauty professionals during challenging times. Founded by Caroline Hirons in 2020, it was established to aid independent businesses and entrepreneurs in the beauty industry affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. At its launch, Beauty Backed raised over £600,000.

Today, the trust continues to support individuals and businesses in beauty therapy, makeup artistry, hairdressing through training, essential equipment, and various funding initiatives.

Caroline has been an Ambassador for The Eve Appeal since 2016, though her involvement dates back to 2010 when she helped launch the All for Eve brand into retail. The Eve Appeal is the UK's only charity dedicated to all five women's cancers and is at the forefront of critical research and awareness efforts for vulval, vaginal, cervical, womb, and ovarian cancers. Caroline has witnessed their vital work first-hand and observed the declining uptake of smear tests, as well as the media's continued stigmatisation of women's reproductive health. Her dedication to the charity is in honour of her nana, and since becoming an Ambassador, she has played a key role in campaigns such as Bubble and Bush and the Get Lippy campaign.

Over the past five years, sales of the CH kits have enabled donations to Caroline Hirons' philanthropic partners, including The Eve Appeal and The Beauty Backed Trust, as well as other charities close to her heart such as Show Racism The Red Card, Choose Love, The Fawcett Society, and Refuge, among others. These efforts have resulted in total donations exceeding £600,000. Additionally, during the COVID-19 outbreak, the business provided CH kits to key workers supporting the community during that challenging time.
